MediationAt Merrony Wall, mediation is available as an alternative to legal advice for couples who wish to seek an amicable solution to issues arising from their separation or divorce. Trained mediators assist couples to make joint decisions concerning their children, property and finances which enables them to keep control of their matter, save costs and avoid misunderstandings. From 6th April 2011 our Mediators are both competent to undertake Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMs) for parties wishing to commence court proceedings in relation to their children or finances in divorce. Both Anne-Lise Wall and Jane Wright are trained and highly experienced mediators who offer in house mediation (on Mondays and Fridays) in respect of all family matters.
